Remmert Sluijter

Remmert Sluijter is qualified as a lawyer in 1991 and specialises in property and construction law. He began his career at Houthoff in Amsterdam and joined the team at Pot Jonker Advocaten in 1999, becoming a Partner in 2001. For more than 25 years, Remmert has assisted contractors and principals in legal proceedings regarding complex infrastructure and other construction projects. Through these proceedings he has accrued a wealth of knowledge and experience in non-residential construction, earth, road, and hydraulic engineering, as well as wind and solar parks (UAV, UAV-GC and DNR) and in international construction projects (FIDIC books, especially yellow and silver). In recent years he has focused more on preventing such disputes construction, through adjudication, mediation and coaching.
