Remmert Sluijter

Remmert Sluijter was admitted to the bar from 1991 onwards, specialising in construction law. He began his career at Houthoff in Amsterdam and joined the team at Pot Jonker Advocaten in 1999, becoming a Partner in 2001. For more than 25 years, Remmert has assisted contractors and employers in legal proceedings concerning complex infrastructure and other construction projects. In recent years he shifted focus towards preventing construction disputes, through adjudication, mediation and coaching. As per January 1, 2025, Remmert resigned as a partner and also from the bar. Through Pot Jonker, he remains available for incidental advice on construction law.
