The lawyers of the Corporate Law & Insolvency team are regularly appointed as trustee in bankruptcies. On our Dutch Bankruptcies page, called Faillissementen, you can search for bankruptcies in which one of our lawyers acts as trustee by company name or by name of the trustee. Please be aware that the information shared will be mainly in Dutch.
