Pieter Nabben

Pieter Nabben qualified as a lawyer in 1997 and specialises in real estate law with a focus on purchase, rent and leasehold. He advises and litigates for governments, real estate investors as well as for small and large (listed) landlords. He also arranges contracts for the stakeholders of real estate projects. Due to his broad experience in lease law matters, a number of large land management organizations (TBO’s) are among his regular clients. Pieter has been a partner at Pot Jonker since 2004, and managing partner since 2024.
