Oscar van der Pol

Oscar van der Pol has been a lawyer at Pot Jonker since 2013. He specialises in commercial law, with a special focus on areas of distribution and franchise agreements, and regulatory law (competition  and procurement law). Oscar is a genuine litigation lawyer and regularly acts for (listed) companies before both the civil and administrative courts.
