Tony Barshini

Tony Barshini has been with Pot Jonker Advocaten as an attorney since 2023. Before that, he worked at Utrecht University, where he taught constitutional and administrative law. He also conducted research on national and European environmental law. He has several publications to his name. He currently advises and litigates on a variety of topics within general and spatial administrative law. He does this for individuals and companies as well as (semi-)governmental institutions. Tony has a particular interest in Dutch water management (water scarcity, drought, flooding) and the Environmental and Planning Act.
