Rocco Mulder

Rocco Mulder has been a lawyer and trustee since 1987, specializing in insolvency law. He has worked with Pot Jonker Advocaten since 2005, where he is also partner. As an insolvency specialist, Rocco has now been appointed trustee or administrator in more than 300 bankruptcies and moratoriums of payments by courts in the Netherlands, often in large and complex cases. A selection of his varied appointments includes: Jet Airways, Energy XS, Music Store, HFC Haarlem, Air Holland, Diginotar and Icentre. Rocco has also been also appointed by the Enterprise Chamber as an officer in the roles of investigator and liquidator. He shares his knowledge and experience widely across industry publications and the academic community.
