Renée van Exter

Renée van Exter has been working as an attorney at Pot Jonker Advocaten since January 2026. Prior to joining Pot Jonker Advocaten, Renée worked at Teekens Karstens Advocaten and Wieringa Advocaten. Before qualifying as an attorney, she worked as a legal counsel for a real estate investor in Amsterdam.

Renée advises on civil real estate law in a broad sense, with a particular focus on construction law and commercial lease law. She also specialises in public procurement law and litigates in these practice areas on behalf of her clients.Renée primarily represents clients such as property developers and contractors, commercial landlords and tenants, contracting authorities and entrepreneurs.
