Milan Pastoors

Milan Pastoors has been a lawyer since 2020 and specializes in corporate and bankruptcy law. He started his career at TeekensKarstens advocaten notarissen in Leiden and joined Pot Jonker Advocaten in February 2023.

Milan advises and litigates (if necessary) in the field of corporate and bankruptcy law in the broad sense of the word, including on acquisition & merger processes, corporate governance issues, commercial contracts and directors' liability. Milan mainly acts for domestic and foreign companies.

Before coming to Haarlem, Milan was also a junior liquidator at the District Court of The Hague, handling his own bankruptcies. At Pot Jonker, he will therefore also support the liquidators from time to time as appointed by the District Court of Haarlem.
