Martyn Top has been an employment law attorney since 2004 and joined Pot Jonker Advocaten as a partner in 2022. Prior to that he was partner employment law at Höcker Advocaten. He works a lot for domestic and foreign companies in the IT and tech sector and also regularly assists expat workers. Martyn is involved in Pro Job Company Onboarding, a network of companies aimed at assisting foreign companies to enter the Dutch labour market. He is also active as a supervisor: as a supervisory director at Innova GGZ BV and as a member of the supervisory board at Stichting Basis voor Actuele Kunst.
