Jurriaan Heslinga

Jurriaan Heslinga has been employed as a lawyer/counsel by Pot Jonker since June 2023. He is specialised in corporate law with a focus for mergers and acquisitions. His clients include middle and large companies and director-major shareholders, whether acting as a seller or a purchaser. Jurriaan advises his clients regarding private acquisitions, investments and restructuring. Jurriaan also has extensive experience with real estate transactions and advising on restructurings, commercial contracts and corporate governance affairs.

Jurriaan was sworn in as a lawyer in 2011 and worked for 11 years as a corporate law attorney in Amsterdam successively at Lexence and Rutgers & Posch. From 2022 until his appointment at Pot Jonker, Jurriaan worked as legal counsel at an e-commerce company in Utrecht.
