Jurne Adrichem

Jurne Adrichem has been with Pot Jonker Advocaten since 2022 and is an attorney specializing in corporate law. He advises and represents (semi-)public institutions, investors, and businesses in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, contracts, and disputes.

Before joining Pot Jonker Advocaten, Jurne worked as a tax specialist at Deloitte and EY. In this role, he was involved in major (international) transactions and provided advice on complex tax structures.

In addition to his corporate law practice, Jurne has experience representing and advising healthcare institutions on both public and civil law healthcare matters. His in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector enables him to effectively guide institutions through legal and organizational challenges.

Since February 2025, Jurne has also served as the chairman of the Jonge Balie Noord-Holland, an association for young attorneys within the North Holland district.
