Jurne Adrichem

Jurne Adrichem has been associated with Pot Jonker Advocaten since 2022 and practices as an attorney within the Corporate and Commercial Law team. He advises and represents semi-public institutions, investors, and companies, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, contracts, and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Jurne worked at Deloitte and EY, where he was involved from a tax perspective in domestic and international transactions and restructurings. This background enables him to approach legal matters with a strong understanding of financial and strategic considerations.

In addition, Jurne has experience advising and representing governmental bodies and healthcare institutions on both public law and civil law matters. His combined expertise in these areas allows him to guide clients effectively through complex legal and organizational challenges.

Jurne previously served as Chairman of the Young Bar Association of North Holland, representing young attorneys within the North Holland judicial district. He also closely follows developments in artificial intelligence (AI) and its implications for the legal profession, with a focus on how AI can enhance efficiency while maintaining professional standards and legal judgment.
