Ginny Kessels

Ginny Kessels has been a lawyer since 2002 and joined Pot Jonker Advocaten as a partner on April 1, 2026. Ginny specializes in employment law and handles a wide range of employment law issues. Her practice focuses on the nonprofit sector, where she collaborates with HR professionals, boards of directors, and supervisory boards of various organizations. Ginny strives for a long-term partnership with these institutions, maintaining accessible communication channels and working to find appropriate solutions for both individual and collective employment law issues. Ginny regularly conducts training sessions and workshops on-site at the institutions.
Prior to joining Pot Jonker Advocaten, Ginny worked at Teekens Karstens Advocaten.
