Floris Bakels

Bakels, former vice president and attorney general at the Supreme Court and former senior judge at the Amsterdam District Court, has been an internal advisor at Pot Jonker Advocaten since 2020. Floris Bakels serves as an advisor to our lawyers for (litigation) advice and strategy development. His expertise delivers advice on whether or not to conduct proceedings, when to appeal in cassation and on many other issues that our lawyers are confronted with.
