Esther Dubach

Lawyer

Esther Dubach has been a lawyer since 2017 and joined Pot Jonker’s real estate team in 2020. In 2022, she completed the Grotius specialization course in real estate. Esther advises and litigates for private individuals and companies, as well as for non-profit organizations and (semi)governmental institutions. She is particularly focused on matters of real estate relating to healthcare, (residential) construction and nature management. Out of that interest and drive, she assists - amongst others -healthcare institutions, social housing corporations and nature organizations.  Current issues concern, for example, the housing of healthcare clients, regular tenants or refugees, project development of (social) housing and the best legal form of issuing natural land, the way in which the land is used and the termination of (improper) use thereof.
