Brian van Veen

Brian van Veen joined Pot Jonker Advocaten as a lawyer in 2015 and specializes in insolvency and corporate law. Brian is regularly appointed by the court as a bankruptcy trustee and has extensive experience in the insolvency practice, in particular with regard to directors’ liability, securities and attachment and execution law. Brian also advises companies on insolvency and restructuring matters. As of 2025, Brian is a partner at Pot Jonker Advocaten.
