Jørgen specialises in civil construction law and public procurement law and has extensive experience in both areas of law. Jørgen studied Dutch law at Leiden University and was admitted to the bar in July 2001.His clients are primarily active in civil engineering (GWW) and in residential and non-residential construction (B&U). Jørgen assists construction companies, architectural and engineering firms, private clients (developers and investors) and public clients (such as water boards and local authorities).
