Peter Ingwersen

Peter Ingwersen has been active in politics and business for decades and has also worked in the legal profession since 1982. He has worked at Pot Jonker Advocaten since 1992, where he is now also a partner. As a lawyer specializing in insolvency and corporate law, he assists companies and regularly acts as court appointed trustee or administrator. He advises in matters relating to (directors’) liability, debt collection and commercial issues and is happy to litigate where necessary.
