Michael Reker


Michael Reker has been a lawyer since 2013 and specialises in technology law (privacy law, ICT law, and intellectual property law). In addition to being a lawyer, Michael also has a master’s degree in computer science. He advises and litigates on behalf of medium and large companies, (local) governments and healthcare institutions on complex topics in the field of privacy and the processing of personal data, ICT, intellectual property, and regulated markets. He also frequently gives lectures on privacy law and personal data processing regulations. Michael joined Pot Jonker Advocaten in 2017, having previously worked at Brinkhof.
